Patreon — handles all VIP tier payments and subscription management for premium HT/FT and Correct Score picks. We never see card details.
Cloudflare — provides DDoS protection, HTTPS, and a global CDN. Receives standard request data (IP, user agent) for security purposes.
Crisp Chat — powers the live chat icon at the bottom-right of every page. Stores your messages and a session ID.
Google Fonts — typography. May log your IP when fonts are loaded.
Google Analytics — anonymised aggregate usage statistics. IP anonymisation is enabled.
We choose providers with strong privacy and security track records and review them periodically.
5 🔐 Data Storage & Security
Protecting your data is a foundational priority. The technical and organisational measures we use include:
HTTPS everywhere: all traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS.
Password hashing: passwords are stored using modern, salted hashing algorithms (bcrypt/argon2). We can never see your plain-text password.

8 ⏰ Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:
Active accounts: data retained while your account is in use and you continue to receive HT/FT and football tips from us.
Inactive accounts: automatically flagged for deletion after 12 months of no logins. We send a reminder email beforehand.
Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised after 90 days.
Security logs: retained for 6 months to investigate abuse and intrusion attempts.
Legal holds: if we are legally required to retain certain records, we keep only the minimum for the required period.
9 ✍️ Changes to This Policy
